Miley - TWLOHA
Miley Cyrus has teamed up with Joaquin Phoenix to prevent suicide. Appearing in a new PSA for TWLOHA (To Write Love on Her Arms), the Disney star teaches the actor how to use Internet to vote for the organization and express support for its $1 million grant application. Pretending that he does not know Cyrus, Phoenix makes her doing Lady GaGa's "Bad Romance" to explain her profession.
Later, the video switches to capture Phoenix and Liv Tyler. When Phoenix fails to explain to his ex-girlfriend about the TWLOHA voting, Cyrus once again shows up and teaches her how to log on to the group's website and help the suicide prevention
TWLOHA is a nonprofit organization aimed at helping teens struggling with depression, addiction and thoughts of self-injury or suicide. The money raised by the company will be used to launch tools for prevention and develop an online community for those dealing with suicidal thoughts or coping with a suicide victim.
